Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
$135 - 55 minute session

Experiencing trauma can cause a host of psychological and physical symptoms. If you find yourself triggered by something seemingly small and insignificant or if you find you are more often reacting than responding, there may be unresolved and unhealed wounds from previous traumatic experiences. Trauma can be a single incident, chronic, or complex. Sometimes in order to deal effectively with trauma, we need to get to the source of the root rather than the symptoms.

EMDR is an effective treatment modality used to help people recover from traumatic life events and the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
