Payment for services are due at the time of the appointment and may be paid via cash, check, or credit card. I am out of network with insurance companies; however, you may want to contact your insurance provider to see what out of network benefits you have for mental health care. I will send you a superbill (statement) at the end of each month for you to remit to your insurance company that will include all applicable codes, any monies paid, and the dates of services rendered.

 

• Initial Intake Session: $185

• Individual Psychotherapy, including EMDR: $150
   

Cancellations within 48-hours of the session time will be charged the full session fee.
